Honestly I remember helping someone using a regular data center IP...Amazon doesnt seem to harp on IPs as much as Ebay. That's been my personal experience so take it with a grain of salt

I'd use Residential IP that's dynamic if you're making more than 1 account.

Static IP if just 1
