I did a quick search, this came up along with similar low end stuff, all new, many options for under $200.
Computers are cheap nowadays, especially if all you need is something to run a web browser.
There's an "open box" one for $100 on that page too

I’m creating them new and still amazon fingerprinted me. I’m not cloning. If you want you can pay to get your report and see if you are fingerprinted and report back? Quote:

There is some opensource software such as web developer app for chrome browser which will detect which website id doing browser fingerprinting.
How to see if a site is using Device Fingerprinting?
Use the web developer tool with Chrome in order to list all the network traffic
To make it appear, press F12
Select the tab "Network"
Click on the button "Reload"
Inspect all the POST traffic
This is how you transfer your personal information to the vendors
Search for one POST sniffing all your JavaScript attributes, using .swf files against your consent, or any other massive data transfer from the client side to the vendors network. If you found some, that means you are fingerprinted by that website.

It's very simple.
If you can't buy $100 - $200 computers to run your Amazon accounts on you need to rethink your business model.
You also need to pay monthly costs for every account. You need a different IP Address, phone number, credit card, bank account for every account, and you also need to pay the $40 monthly fee for every account, and you need to pay annual taxes/filing fees for all the corporations you create to make these accounts.
Spending money on a cheapo computer is the least of the costs.

Ok here’s my next question, it’s a little confusing I hope I’m explaining it well
Let’s say I buy 10 computers and want 10 clean accounts
Once I hire someone to create the account they would fingerprint them to all their old accounts as well?
How to avoid this?
If I bought a laptop and started a virtual machine on that laptop, can I send him a copy of the virtual machine to run the account? Or would he be fingerprinting because he logged in to the virtual machine from his computer to create the account?

Why can't you create the account? If you really need to have them remote desktop into your laptops

I have a question here.
Connecting only one account to a new PC through VPS. Is this okay?
Some say that VPS is always bad.
My plan is to connect the existing VPS to the new PC and link the newly purchased IP to this VPS.
How about this?
In this case, i don't need a dongle because of the Wi-Fi problem, right?

Dongle would allow for more dynamic IP though...

If you're using a service that provides IPs (whether that's a VPS or whatever), don't try to find the cheapest service.
Abusers almost always look for the cheapest services.
