New account - deativation email and asking for utility bill

Had this email from Amazon confirming the account is now ok...

Again, something new. Haven't seen this email before and sounds personal...almost as if written by a human.
Confirms the account was under scrutiny.

*Edit. Ok I googled that email and other sellers have received it when Amazon have reinstated accounts.

Sorry for being naive, does anyone have advice on the "creative utility bill". I'm in a similar position.

I use an office address that I don't have any utility bills for and I'm not able to do this. I see yours went passed so any advice would be huge please.
