Yes you can get claims that’s the beauty of your own brand it’s very easy to get brand approval on Amazon

What do you mean a 'deeper dive'?

The answer is really simple and always has been when this question is raised.

If you list against a private label ASIN, then you are at risk of being reported for selling counterfeits. It matters not if it is part of the Brand Registry program. It has always been like that.

Oh yes, and competitors have always been very aggressive about claims.
