FBA Shipping "Errors"
 
Been hit hard this year on FBA alleged errors (over send, under send, stickering, etc).

On 4 accounts, in 3 months, AZ has said we had 26 errors. Only 2 were actual (oversize box). The rest were pure BS. We double count everything and sticker ourselves.

Every time we tried to dispute it, AZ said they were right and we were wrong.

Finally tried something out of anger. I replied back asking for proof in the form of a photo to show the product wasn't in the case.

AZ backed down and said they couldn't prove so they took the black mark back.

Next 3 times, I did the same asking for proof, and AZ said that they were wrong and removed any "bad" marks on our account.

So, if anyone else has this issue, push for proof of the shortage/bad sticker/etc.

It does work :)

Damn, that's really annoying.

Glad you won in the end though... AZ is such a pain

The amount of checking in errors they make is insane. Probably one of the most talked about issues on their own forum.

They've ditched commingled stock, they've ditched small and light 'one sticker' per box and they still get it wrong.

I too apply my own labels, the thought of sending in stickerless stock and trusting them to do it is madness IMO.

I can send in 1000 small items in their minimum sized packaging ziplock bags so it can all go in a box literally no bigger than one cubic foot. All there, all individually labelled. They never, and I mean never, check in all 1000 items.

The point is that if you do FBA the issues are unavoidable.

IMO they know there's an issue and have stopped threatening sellers with sanctions. All I get told is the inventory I sent doesn't tally with the manifest and how I can jump through endless hoops if I wish to challenge it.

If your friends have been permanently suspended from selling for FBA issues then they've got to be doing something seriously wrong and definitely not minor checking in issues. The worse I've ever come across is suspension of FBA services and even that is incredibly rare.
