I've come to the conclusion that my most recent account link deactivation came from same listings from an older suspended account that had a different address, but the same zip code. Everything else was different. This is my theory, but I don't think Amazon can link 2 accounts with same listings alone. I had a good ratio of new ASINs incorporated, but they managed to link me.
That being said, do you think clearing and deleting all listings in these suspended accounts would help going forward if I plan to add these old listings into my new accounts or would the traces still be there even if I delete em from the old accounts.
Thoughts?

Were all the listings on both accounts the same or did you have addition listings on the newer account?

I had a good amount of new ASINs in the new account before adding old ASINs. I started adding old ASINs around month 6 of the new account.

I've added thousands of listings from different suspended accounts and never had an issue.

Same here, It's been at least 7 years since I've been linked. Not sure if it's an isolated incident or something's changed. Always a new IP/VMware for every new account. I purchase my accounts so all details are different except the ship from/return address. I use different UPS stores nearby, but zip codes are the same.

remember a few years ago AZ was banning people's friends, family, LONG distance friends? It was an exodus and it just comes to show that they can be really erratic no matter how careful and disciplined we are.

Some distributors, manufacturers ship product direct to AZ and each account that uses these suppliers would have the same ship from address.
The return address worries me though. if those accts are from the same UPS store, it could be one key, that combined with a couple of other similarities could trigger a link.
Now, what about phone numbers being used. Could a "new" number be a recycled number already used by another seller?

I've had return addresses with the same UPS store, but different boxes. Never had an issue before. It may be the combination of both similar listings and same addresses, regardless of box numbers. Looks like below..
1234 main st.
STE 123 PMB 123 or 124 or 125
Phone number theory is highly unlikely. If it's recycled by another seller, it would be linked to an unknown account. It was linked to my old account which did not have the same phone number.

Spoke to one of my account providers. He said same routing number of the bank account could be a factor as well.
Same bank routing, return address/different box, and similar listing patterns even with good ratio of new ASINS is enough evidence for an AI to link?

About your second paragraph it could happen yes, it also depends on how the AI is set up. It can be set to take it easy or just outright over the top.
I'd try creating 2 accounts with completely different info on 2 computers.
Use 2 different banks if you want to just to give you peace of mind.

Of course... Same routing alone would be a huge mess. Maybe I'm just being extremely paranoid, but I've been running stealth accounts for over 10 years now with some success.
Maybe I simply screwed up some how when it logged into my account without turning on VPN and I'm overcorrecting the business model.

But I haven't messed up recently.

Start fresh with the corrections and keep on truckin. Maybe overcorrecting, but better safe than sorry I guess. Just a bit extra work.

Where does everyone get these numbers from?! I've seen this posted here for years, but I've literally moved all items from one suspended account to another.
What personal experience do you have with that ratio? Quote:

What personal experience do you have with that ratio? | How did you do this? Over time? I believe I saw your post about having next day disbursements. If that's the case, you have a pretty seasoned account, probably 10+ years.. I have about 10k listings to migrate over which is gonna take some time.

500 a day. I had other listings on the account as well. Next day disbursement on all accounts. Quote:
