Ive tried contacting Amazon many times to unlock the 2step because I lost the phone number connected to it. Ive called , and emailed, also uploaded real documentation through the link. The team refuses to respond. The team keeps telling me ill get a response in 48 hours. Nothing happens. Has anyone noticed this issue? |

They just haven't been responsive to disabling my 2-step since I lost the phone number. I never started listing from this account. I should have used google authenticator instead.
Since it's not suspended and never in use,I may just make another and use the authenticator next time. They shouldn't have an issue since the other wasn't used before. Quote:

THey'll ask for your driver's license front and back, you give it to them then you wait.
Usually it'll take 48-72 hours. |

Im not the only person on this forum who complained about them not responding. I know what the normal process is suppose to be for having them manually disable the 2step. Its their staff just sucking as usual. |

They did responded,but just asking me to enter the old phone number,but I finally managed to get hold of someone who helped me,but the auto emails kept coming ,so it is a mix of bot and human,did you calll ? |

I actually have never seen this happen. The longest issue for me recently took just 4 days to resolve. |
