Default 3 new accounts deactivated on the same day with a utility bill request

Jeez.. these accounts are barely 90 days old with only a few sales in each of them. One account is with real info with a buddy and 2 other ones were stealth. Any ideas what may have triggered these to deactivate all at the same time?

One of my new accounts went down yesterday after passing video call verification. However, I didn't realize that my credit card wasn't activated, so Amazon couldn't charge £30 to my card and deactivated my account. I was asked to send utility bills, so I did, but then Amazon said they could not verify my documents.

At the same time quantum usually means that there is a strong link - were the accounts selling similar items?

No, zero similar items. All completely different information. Different UPS stores within the same city though. All different VPN/VMware set up. Cant figure out what it is..

If they were linked, wouldn't they send a deactivation notice for linked accounts? I'm very familiar with those.

Maybe a long shot, but what if the VPN IP address location was mismatched with the actual UPS store address(business address). Would that trigger something? Odd that they would all trigger on the same day though.

Are you using the UPS store as the ship from address for FBA shipments? Or do you just mean you are dropping the shipments at all different locations across the city?

Yes UPS store as the ship from address, return address, and business address. I'm FBM, so I drop my shipments at the specific UPS store I have a box with.

Correct, if they are linked, they'd suspend the rest of the linked accounts and even tell you that you are linked.

I was gonna ask if you do FBM.....

There's a statistic that a higher % of FBM accounts are suspended more often.

In your post though it says it couldn't verify your account and from what you told us, I think you've done everything correctly.

So based on all of this info, I think what stacked against you are:

Your FBM and they think you're a high risk of not shipping products,
they try to verify you based on that and their low IQ couldn't verify you so they marked you as high risk.

Do you think you can call them up and ask them what they want to reinstate your account?

It could be your drop off location, local UPS store.
Is your UPS account registered under your real name and address?

Are these accounts US details ? Video passed at first ?
