Can you guys help me please?... few months ago, I received a message from Amazon just when I changed my personal information (professional account) to LLC company, because I want to do long term business. It's my own account since 11 years. This is the message I received:
We believe or our controls identify that your account has been used for deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity in accordance with Section 3 of the "Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement". In order to protect our customers, we verify the identity of our sellers through a virtual identity verification process on a video interview.
I took the interview, but later I received this other message:
After reviewing your account and the information you provided during your virtual identity verification, we believe, or our controls identify, that your account may have been used for deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, which is in violation of Section 3 of the "Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement".
I keep sending appeals through Reactivate Your Account Link in Seller Central, but they keep sending the same message:
Hello,
After reviewing the information from your virtual identity verification, we believe or our controls identify that your account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity. As a result, your account will not be reactivated.
We are here to help
If you have questions about the mentioned information or if you believe your account has been deactivated in error, contact us by following the instructions in the banner on the top of your "Account Health" page.
Please help me, I want to do the things in the right way, honestly speaking am trying to do the right things... I have sent all documents, and they keep sending the same message. Aany advise, any other way/department to send my appeal please?... Thank you in advance.

since you are in US,why not call them and speak to a rep.

I have called more than 6 times, you know seller support for sellers is not good!...

what did they say when you call?
Do you have any clue why they said you have committed illegal,fraudulent activiities in the past?

there is a tendency on amazon that if resolution takes more than a few weeks the matter becomes hopeless

josh in the marketplace section offers an appeal service - might be worth looking into - then again, unless you are a bit more clear about your operations in your posts, not much specific help can really be given

HE KEPT RE APPEALING and gets the same results/
These venues are sneaky,they know more than they will tell us and they can get it from third party

going thru Masterman past posts,he seems to have problem with PaYPAL,Mercari,AMZN gOing back to 2020

Hi dear friends, I had a seller Amazon account which was suspended due high ODR about 4 years ago and still cannot reinstate it... I want to now if I create an LLC together with my Mom to get Business Bank Account and therefore to get the Bank Statement, my name will appear in the back statement to show to Amazon when they request Documents on the verification of the account?... is there something where Amazon can see that I have an LLC with my Mom?

with those reasons they gave you, that's basically saying that this account is completely toast.
And the fact that you kept giving them all your original docs is just making it even tougher to go back using the docs.
You should have kept the docs and create a new account with them the first place.
Anyways, it's water under the bridge.
buy a new stealth account from a seller in our marketplace, Beautiful
then at the same time, use Amazon Ghost and info from the forum to make a new stealth account.

You should be a FBA seller, and sold a lot of branded products but you do not own these brands or got authorization in your account. Mostly you did not list these lists by yourself at first and just add listing by ASINs.
This model of business was running good without any problems before this year. Now Amazon changes, you must have your own brand registry in your account or got authorization from brand owner.

Still lot of info being left out by OP - all the can be said is that the account is toast and hopefully OP doesn't repeat issues on future accounts
