How to Avoid Amazon Product Bans Due to Trademark Detection in Images?
 

I have been having massive problems recently with Amazon blocking my products because they detect trademarks in my product images. I suspect this is happening automatically. We sell mugs and T-shirts with designs from well-known car brands. Is there a trick to avoid this?

Not really, I tried to hide the offending image with words and that got pulled up to as they don't allow text in main image. I guess you could blur it if you think that it will still generate interest/sales.

Now ebay are at it too and not always getting it right, I've had some really generic, unbranded, no-name listings taken down recently.

They've done away with their staff, they now 'trust' their AI to get it right and no amount of appealing will change it - because there's nobody capable of looking at cases rationally.

It is because it is not worth their time to pay someone $25/hour to look up these petty violations,it is the bottom line.
Like my friend from AT & T likes to remind me,IT IS FULLY LOADED COST,DEAR.
Yes,big corporation is paying more than $25 ,plus benefits.

I've already tried using blur, but it still gets blocked because they suspect that trademarks have been obscured. Please note that you are not allowed to upload blurred images. No, not Tesla—I don't offer mainstream brands. They're more strict, but some brands don't care, and I've been selling them for years. Only Amazon is giving me a hard time.

Ebay cares as well,it or Vero or the brand can take down your listings.

Tiffany took Ebay to court for false advertising as it allows counterfeit Tiffany trinklets to be sold on Ebay.
Tiffany lost the case as the court said it is up to the brand name manufacturer to make sure no counterfeits are sold,since then more and more brand manufacturers come to Ebay to search and remove any listings which look suspicious,either their own staff will remove the listing or it can ask VERO or Ebay to do so-Rolex,Prada.Channel,Nike,Louis Vuitton and one popular T shirt I cant recall its name ??
I would think if they are active on Ebay,they would be active on AMZN as well.
Ebay has a rule now,if you are a seller from SE Asia,you cannot sell Tiffany products in multiple quantity,it makes sense as Tiffany does not sell its merchandise in non Tiffany store.
If AMZN is taking your listings down,they probably do not want to be on bad terms with the manufacturer or company which has the rights to use its logo on its merchandise.

There must be a way to bypass it, I see many sellers are selling some listing but when I create something very similar, Amazon pulls it right away as Suspected. However, there must be a way to bypass it.

Do you think there is a way via feed listing creation?
