Re: How to Avoid Amazon Product Bans Due to Trademark Detection in Images?
Tiffany took Ebay to court for false advertising as it allows counterfeit Tiffany trinklets to be sold on Ebay.
Tiffany lost the case as the court said it is up to the brand name manufacturer to make sure no counterfeits are sold, since then more and more brand manufacturers come to Ebay to search and remove any listings which look suspicious, either their own staff will remove the listing or it can ask VERO or Ebay to do so-Rolex,Prada.Channel,Nike,Louis Vuitton and one popular T shirt I cant recall its name ??
I would think if they are active on Ebay, they would be active on AMZN as well.
Ebay has a rule now,if you are a seller from SE Asia, you cannot sell Tiffany products in multiple quantity,it makes sense as Tiffany does not sell its merchandise in non Tiffany store.
If AMZN is taking your listings down, they probably do not want to be on bad terms with the manufacturer or company which has the rights to use its logo on its merchandise.
