Bought by mistake Scammers on Amazon
 

Hello all

Is there a way to stop these scammers? Or stop amazon from refunding them?

I dropship on amazon, though the warehouse is in usa The warehouse only accepts returns if item is damaged, so i loose a lot when amazon refunds these bought by mistake guys.

What can I do? Is there a way to create rules on amazon so i do not accep returns for some specific reasons?

yes,review your business model and remove those which attract scaammers

last week i received an empty box from one of the customer. I messaged amazon regarding this but they still refund the guy. Saying I cant proof the item was not returned.

I sell DvDs.... there is another guy that says he thought it was a book. Damn... how does a dvd resemble a book. This was listed in dvd section.

Amazon will.always side with the buyer. Makes it really hard when it comes to refund scams like this it happens all the time

Very rough to see but sadly, yes Amazon will side with the buyer unless the buyer does way too many returns...cost of doing business

some will watch the movie and then return the dvd.

I mean, the problem here is not the random guy asking return choosing a non seller fault motivation, the problem is your warehouse politic
Considering another fullfilment solution could be the deal but the only one person may know this is you
Don't try to change/chase a variable of the game, try to best set up the game around it

Rather harsh to call them scammers, we all have the right to return Amazon purchases if we change our mind - it's one of the appeals to buyers and indirectly why sellers do well there.



Anyway, to answer your question, no there isn't anything you can do about it. It is not possible to block any buyer on Amazon.
