Just great.

I just refunded her. I don't want any issues this time of year. She'll likely open an A-z or leave a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ review. Customers are great aren't they?

Very annoying to hear and yet surprisingly common - scams are going to pop up even harder with Xmas season sadly

Most customers are good.... it's the few that makes it terrible...

Agreeing with SaiJin here. Most customers say nothing to me and don't give me any hassle. It's that like .01% that somehow makes customer service absolutely awful.
I used to fight these things, but like you, I just process the return now.

Problem is also with Amazon, 1 single claim can mess an account up and that's how amazon is setup.

Any ways, is your asin still active? What other red warnings are you getting from amazon?
