I bought the products from Pearson. Pearson is the brand, I made an account with them and bought directly from them. The invoice is from Pearson. Didn't use a different distributor, bought directly from the source (Pearson).
Alright ty I see. So did u try to ask Pearson if AMZ tried to verify your invoice with them ? If yes -> what did they tell them ? If u show an invoice directly from the brand they might reach out to the brand in this case.

Also is it a regular invoice or a commercial one ?

Pearson has individual and organizational accounts. The invoices are the same for both account types.

Still waiting back from Pearson to hear more info on what is happening behind the scenes.

some companies do not like individuals competing with their retail buyers,
you said there are two kinds Pearson has individual and organizational accounts. The invoices for either account are the exact same. Organizational accounts requires more tedious paperwork that I may or may not be able to provide.

I got approved for Pearson. I think I just had to wait for one of the Amazon monkeys to finally click approve and being persistent as hell. FYI I submitted the same invoice >40 times over several weeks.

That's exactly what they are... monkeys.
Even their replies are preset from multiple choice.

Talk about idiocracy.

Yeah, I had a conversation with a customer service guy a few months back. He literally read to me what the amazon bot had said to me previously, which had prompted me to call and talk to a human. It was AGONIZING.

It makes sense in a ****ty way. Gotta make those numbers go up for your shareholders I guess.
It just sucks that it makes the user experience so much worse once they finally lock in our business.
