That’s unfortunate. But just keep on selling what you are still able to list.
If you are in touch with manufacturer and directly with the brand you can try to ask them what’s happening. Since the brand itself can ask Amazon to put some restrictions on listing specific items or full list of ASINS Under the brand.
If you have solid relationships with the brand they can help you to lift the restriction by simply contacting Amazon and letting them know that you are authorized to resell the items. Just by providing you with an LOA for instance. | Its not a brand, its generic label. Produced by a manufacture of many other supplement type products, that supply me their goods. As others have said, Amazon will not be transparent. Thanks for you input, I will have to dig abit more into this. I will keep selling what I have on my account and maybe add other products that are not apart of a gated category, and just wait and keep researching.

The problem with eBay in regards to supplements, is the market is highly saturated because it is so easy to list on the site, especially for a product that is not unique

Maybe to revoke the listing later and put it under own brand (: old story for scamazon

So actually in some way all these restrictions make sense for the safety u know.
But anyways u as a seller can have all the documents/license and still be made to give up on selling of certain products :(

Unless I got unlucky and Amazon changed their policy right after I started to try to list more products

If AMZN said you cant sell it,then find something else to sell.

Unless I got unlucky and Amazon changed their policy right after I started to try to list more products | well mate just focus on selling what is available; you'll notice if restricted ASIN becomes available for sale in the future; good luck!

One thing I have learned with ecommerce over the last 15 years, is that things always change, and you have to change with it

They definitely also sued the 3rd party seller. The insurance companies will sue everyone even tangentially related to the incident, maybe even USPS for delivering it. The stuff can get ridiculous.

I tried again today to upload a product I have been working on for the last week
No Novel or banned ingredients, no false claims or anything like that. Simple label and packaging
Just says ''Offer was removed
Request selling approval for policy compliance
Reason: Product requires approval to sell.''
We are not accepting applications to sell:
Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
Other Human Ingestible products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
Getting kind of frustrated, is it because I'm still relatively new seller? Should I start selling products that are not apart of a gated category, and get some history first? | Are there other sellers of the products that you were refused to sell?
