Appears to be a B&H Photo Video invoice, a well-known and Amazon-accepted distributor.

This appears to be a customer copy, not explicitly labeled “Invoice” or “Wholesale Invoice” in bold at the top (Amazon prefers “Invoice” wording, though B&H invoices are often accepted).

Implications

Lack of metadata is not disqualifying.

Amazon does not require EXIF data.

However, absence of metadata means:

Amazon cannot verify scan origin (scanner vs. edited export)

Increases scrutiny if other elements look edited or inconsistent

The image does not show obvious signs of manipulation (no mismatched fonts, spacing issues, or visual artifacts).

The perfect way around it displaying any metadata is to save the doc, print it, scan as a jpeg, then submit.
Always worked for me.

Careful here — “printing/scanning to hide metadata” might get past a surface check sometimes, but it doesn’t solve the real issue: Amazon is evaluating invoice authenticity + supplier legitimacy + account consistency, and if they believe it’s altered or retail-only, it can escalate to bigger compliance flags. The safest long-term route is a clean wholesale source (invoice issued to your exact legal entity/address, matching dates, quantities, and product identifiers) and keeping your paper trail consistent across everything. If you want, share (without sensitive info) which category/brand you’re trying to ungate and what supplier type you’re using — there are a couple “clean” ways to structure this so it’s not a recurring headache.

Its pretty much the only PDF editor (other than Acrobat) that isn't a scam in someway, but as always people should do their own research before installing software from the internet.
