Problem Buyer On Amazon

Hey Guys,

I've had the buyer buy the same item on Amazon 9 times in the last 24 hours. 7 times they have cancelled the purchase, I marked one item as sent and within 30 minutes they requested a return stating unauthorized purchase and they have now purchased the item again. I tried calling them and it went through to their voicemail. On the voicemail message it sounds like they are disabled. Any advie?

You should report them to AMZN

in such a situation it is better not to ship , cancelling would have negative impact on cancellation rate so it may be better to mark as shipped and later send refunds

complaining to amazon is a theoretical way to find a solution but I have doubts they are going to do something about it

Get the proof together and contact AZ - hopefully get some action on their end.

Did you really ship the item or just mark it shipped?
One Ebay you can block the buyer but I dont think AMZN has this feature,I think you should report him.
They are not disabled,they are reselling your items somewhere

Best bet is to contact amazon and give them the full details, they surely have to act on it.
