No don't bank it they reviewed our account without prior warning holding our money even though though we had positive emails t after 14 days they suspended our account saying that we had breeched policy by taking longer than a couple of days to send the products. which only happened because they had kept our money. a month later they closed our account owing us £1955 we are on day 113 and still no payment. Don't bother ringing them you won't get anywhere as the call centres don't know anything. keep emailing them create a paper trail and tell them you doing it. Amazon cost us our business and shouldn't be allowed to get away with it were not the only company there are some terrible stories. |
