Default Failed transfer of funds

Any answers?
I had been disbursing funds with no problem for 2 months or more. Now my last transfer had failed .I checked my cc and there was plenty of money incase amazon tried to charge the dollar to it. But they did not do an authorization.
now I look at my account and someone bought a 200.00 item right before i received an under review email. Mean while some one just asked a question about it and the person who purchased it was someone totally different.Was this amazon playing games? and is the failed disbursement just a ploy from them to put me under review.
The amount was just minimal under 100.00. i do not understand maybe someone else had this happen. Also the review just says under review no 30 days or naything like that . No time limit given..

can you post that mail?

Normally when they wrote an "under review" mail, that means all disbursments from the last 24-36 hours will fail!

here it is. Then today i get hit with a performance notice. So with that i see that the account is doomed. I had 100% feedback but then some one left me a 1 saying The movie was boring!! What does that have to do with me,,,

ok that is the typical 30 days review-mail.

And these "great" feedback is so typical.

You can try to ask amazon if they can delete it, or ask the buyer......

Normally Amazon dont delete feedbacks for that, try to explain it to the buyer, maybe he has a little brain in his head to understand that
