Default Feedback on amazon

Something is not right with the feedback system on amazon. I think it is set up. I emailed over 250 people and received 1 feedback?It's like i wasted my time. WTF? I always leave feedback for people.Something is a miss here. I noticed though that when amazon themselves send out the feedback request then people leave it. Now are they really getting the emails sent to the buyer? Now that they changed the system and you can't contact them direct How do we know. Even if they send you the email that you have sent a buyer an email. How do we know that they are not held back and that the email we receive is just auto generated response ... as we know we can't survive on amazon with out feedback and amazon knows this this is how they operate...

I have started putting stickers in bright print on the outside of the packages, stating a free $25.00 - $50.00 Walmart Gift Card if you leave feedback within 48 hours of receiving packages.

This has helped me out a lot, am receiving 80% more feedback, and faster than I ever did before.

If anyone ever emails asking where the card is, I simply say accouting takes up to 60 days to process it.

If they pursue it further I simply mail that person a card. If you have to mail out a few every once in a while, the profits you make by having the feedback and staying on is well worth a few gift cards.

so u deliver these gift cards? Or do u say they will get them?

I can not believe that this is allowed, its like "buying"feedback?!

Tried that starting out, didn't work as most people are like yeah, what are my chances.

But when you say THEY WILL its a different story.


Also, Amazon has no clue its being done, and there is nothing in there rules or polices that prevents it. I can advertise whatever I want with the package I sold to the buyer.

I think it's BULL! If someone promised me a $50.00 giftcard and it never came, I would take a picture of the sticker, send it off to Amazon, and let them know that one of their sellers is running a feedback scam. Then I would request to have my feedback removed, and replaced with a negative comment on how this seller tried to scam me.

Then I would purchase another one of this sellers items, file an A to Z claim, return the item, and leave a nasty feedback.

Two can play that game!

You guys are simply ingorant to the fact. By the time it matters the account has been closed anyway. If you are all selling legit items, feedback would never matter.

Thread full of hypocrites. You state you would never deceive a customer, yet you sell them bogus goods.

yeah right feedback will never matter

i sell legit stuff, and i can say you, feedback matters or u can wait 30 days for your money EVERY 3th month!

Dont think, the reason why the customer dont give feedback is, because the guy send ⊗⊗⊗⊗! its because the customer dont know that he need to give feedback!

I have sold to 130 buyers on amazon in the last 6 weeks. Not bad when you compare the less work involved compared to ebay.

Then the fees also, not bad when you compare that no fees on unsold items as ebay charges to list all items that sell or not. Over all I am pretty happy.

Ok, 130 buyers, 29 positive feedbacks. That is horrible % of feedback on stunningly perfect items shipping out same day or next day after sale.

So I am getting ready to email 100 people asking to please leave feedback when they have a moment.

I'll report back on what kind of action I get.
