First you should make sure you have read the Stealth Book before making a new account. You could end up with the same IP. You should be looking into learning how to change it, or finding other options as having a clean IP is crucial to making a stealth account. Look in the Ebay Tracking section for more info regarding IP's.

Though as IDK pointed out, read eBay Stealth first so you know the basics on how to create an unlinked account. The principles are same (eBay and Amazon), the only difference is nullified with the changes you plan to make, so you'll be fine.

Hello, you have to ask internet service provider about this questoin, no one tells you in this forum will you be able to get different ip all the time.
