Hey guys, I am new here, and I just received this email from Amazon, should I be worried?

Short - you have passed the limit likely - keep the account clean, wait the 30 days, you should be fine.

when u sell ⊗⊗⊗⊗ stuff :) dont count on the release after 30 days :)

No, none of it is ⊗⊗⊗⊗ stuff, but higher priced electronics. I sold about 15 units of #3 and #4 on the top selling electronics, in less than a week. So far, my account has 30 orders and I have four 5/5 feedback ratings. I keep a clean account, but if only I found this forum ealier, things would not be this way. And right now I have 1.2K sitting in reserve that I cannot withdraw. All my orders have been shipped out, with USPS Priority with Tracking, and they all should have arrived, or arrived by today.

An yes, the limit was hit, bc I sold about $200-300 a month, then this past month I sold $3.7K. So should I continue selling or do I stop and wait out the 30 days?

Continue selling - push for people to leave nice feedback - add bank account when ready - and be on your merry way to the bank.

Just keep in mind - you may become blocked but I prefer the notion of "churn and burn" with Amazon.

Well I already have a bank account saved on there. But I really need that money held in the review so I can purchase more supply. Will they suspect anything if i just stopped?

Why would they suspect? I doubt it but if you wish to keep low profile, sure, stop, let the account review go, withdraw then proceed. You should be fine.

I sold over 80 items on 3 days and got my account put under review. These were all television dvd box sets. Review passed after 48 hours and now I'm back to selling.

Yes it is, I am still under review.

I would be worried if Amazon had nearly $4 and I needed that money immediately. What you should do is email every one of your buyers and politely ask for a positive feedback. A couple positive feedback from buyers will go a long way to passing your review. Take this as a warning: never put all your eggs in one basket. Have multiple stealth accounts, that way you won't look odd selling $4,000 worth of stuff on a single account. Spread it out.

I did, have seven 5/5 feedback now, my rep is 100% on a total of 30 orders or so. And for the review, do they really take the full 30 days?

Ok, an update, I am still under review. However, under review I have had to give two refunds. One was for an item that was out of stock and I didn't check before I posted the item for sale, the second is for a defective product, which I am giving full refund and the guy said he would post positive feedback for me when I did the refund. Will this affect me in anyway?

Also, about a week back, I sent them the appeal email with all the tracking information for my previous orders. Did sending that appeal email become a bad choice?

You will prob get hit with 45 day review and selling block privileges. Wait for it...maybe you will be ok. Nothing you can really do to speed things up.

Ok, well for the second refund I spoke to the guy through Amazon email, do not know if they read it or not. But I wrote the refund off as sending wrong item. As well, I now have 8 5/5 feedback for 100%. And I have more stock coming in for the items that I am selling, should I continue selling? Or just stop till the review is over? I have about 1.2K sitting with them right now. I do not sell ⊗⊗⊗⊗ items, dvds, or anything like that. I sell items #5 and #6 on the top sold electronics items.

You have a choice - there is no SET method for dealing with Amazon. Myself? I pound it hard. That's me - other people might lighten up.

I can't give any specific methods because I don't know more details about your business. Amazon is a totally different set to deal with.

Yea I understand, but I think I will stop, until this all blows over. Plus, the item I sell today just announced the new generation.

Also, I have 0 A to Z claims and 0 Chargebacks. Just the two refunds that I issued are worrying me, the first one I did was a huge mistake, should have checked inventory before making the posting, and the second could not be avoided, so I just made the customer happy.

I wouldn't be worried at all. The review could take up to 30-45 days. However by reading your post it sounds like you should pass the review.

Ok, well just a few more days. We will see what happens. No contact as of yet.
