They are holding the funds, I only had 700$ when the review started on 15 Feb and another 700$ that I withdrew right before the review started. However that 700$ was intercepted before it made my Bank Account .

Now I am at 5000$ because I sold stuff while I was under review. I hope review ends mid March.

*** I received my first two positive feedbacks on Amazon, since the review started. Both were from two chicks . The other 8 sales that I made in Feb, no feedbacks yet, and I doubt I will get any.

I even wrote on A4 paper with huge letters " LEAVE POSITIVE FEEDBACK PLEASE ", I put the papers inside the package in 2 different places, so that they can see it when they open it up. I still have about 3 items waiting to be delivered, so maybe I will get some feedback from those.

I appealed the review and provided Invoices and what not, the message that I got from Amazon (automated or not), was that "we are waiting for feedback from your customers".

I hope it's not 45 days or 90 days, as I need the money badly. Right now, I don't think I can make more than 1500$ profit for March, since I don't have any funds.

Oh I didn't realize this was your first review. I had mine when it hit about $750. Heard they conduct a second review when you hit a certain amount but not sure what that is

Hello from Amazon.

We are writing to let you know that we are conducting a review of your selling account. During the review, a rolling reserve will be applied to funds in your seller account.

The reserve will be equivalent to your gross sales amount for the preceding 14 days. Based on your order volume, the amount of the reserve may change daily.

You can view your account balance and reserve amount in the Payments section of your seller account. When your account balance exceeds the reserve amount, funds will be available per your disbursement schedule.

Account reviews are intended to ensure the timely shipment of orders and compliance with our selling policies. Please continue to fulfill orders and list only items that you are able to ship by or before the Expected Ship Date.

For information on how you may be able to expedite this review, search on “Velocity Limits and Account Reviews” in seller Help.

We will notify you by e-mail when our account review is complete.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation.

It looks like my review expired today, I think (it's been 30 days since it started). It not longer says "Account under Review" when I got to my Seller Account on Amazon, and I was able to request disimbursement finally. Only 4.3k out of 5.6k thou. They are holding 1.3k as reserve (?).

Anyway the email they sent me above is confusing, it looks to me as they are saying I am under review again, but as I said I was able to request disimbursement and it longer says the "Account under Review" line in red at the top of my seller account.

Did the review really end? Whats up with the reserve amount? How can I check my limits (if I can). (I was only selling about 600$ a month until last month then I sold over 4.5k in February and another 1k in March)

it sounds like since you are blasting through velocity limits, they are holding funds in case you decide to turn and run on your orders. I'm sure if you wrote down how much you made in sales in the past 2 weeks before that and compared it to the amount they are holding, you will find that there is a % correlation between the two. From what I gather you are clear sailing in the blue, because they would have banned your account if they had any problems with it.

I'm guessing you aren't selling VERO?

would it make any difference on how much you could start out selling if you did one of the stores for like 40+ items a month? Or do they still limit you the same way?

That correct, I'm not selling VERO.

Any idea when I can request disimbursement for that 1.3k? or How long they will hold?

I just started using amazon and this is my real account not a stealth account and i was put under a review yesterday. I have only had my account for less than a month. I sold about $800 worth of goods. Should i be concerned of being suspended? I have no claims or anything like that and only one feedback with 27 sales.

I have been selling on Amazon for a long time and the 28 day velocity limit is NOT $750 from my experience ever. I used to stay under $1500 which I saw as a magic number. But if you have 10 feedbacks that all changes. I also noticed trouble after I made $2500 in 28 days and on established accounts I could go up to 4k a month with no issues. Just my 2 cents.

What's the scoop on selling books? I am being told it's low risk, which makes sense to me.

Anyone experienced with that?
