unshipped order
 

Has anyone ever gotten the email about having an order to confirm shipping on that doesn't show up on your orders page. I've counted all my inventory/orders and everything is accounted for. The order number doesn't show up on any of the already shipped items. Anyone ever got this error before?

If it's on eB , but not on PP, that means that the address is an APO that you have to manually do it yourself. Guam is another sample of it. Puerto Rico can do this too some times.

This is on Amazon and its a new account with just a few orders and the one they are claiming I haven't shipped isn't on the manage inventory page.

So you got an email asking you about shipping on an order you didnt receive?

Confirmed its really from Amazon?
Maybe just a glitch. If your inventory/orders matches it has to be an error. Did you go even further to see if any extra cash is in Amazon payment account? A glitch for an order that doesn't exist is fine, no angry buyer. But if someone bought something and you dont know about it, that wouldn't be fun

I would email support just to play safe

This has happened a few times, it's just an inexplicable glitch why it doesn't show up in the first date range. All you need to do is go to the Date Range menu in the manage orders and select Last 365 days - it should pop up right away as the first unshipped.

I agree about refreshing your orders i just usually click to search 180 days abut 365 is fine too. There are glitches every once in a while. I have actually had customers here and they claim they paid and demanding shipping infos and their order never showed up. I wonder if a scammer here and there just email sellers and and demand shipping info. to get free items.
