So you got an email asking you about shipping on an order you didnt receive?

Maybe just a glitch. If your inventory/orders matches it has to be an error. Did you go even further to see if any extra cash is in Amazon payment account? A glitch for an order that doesn't exist is fine, no angry buyer. But if someone bought something and you dont know about it, that wouldn't be fun
I would email support just to play safe
