Amazon refunds

I have a buyer asking where is their refund. I refunded them two days before that email question from them came about. Does Amazon return the money to the customers credit card or is it like Paypal by which it goes into an account?

Returns it to the card, probably takes a couple days to show on their statement. Please explain that to your buyer. I've been in the same situation and idiot buyers seem to think Amazon Payments is Paypal.

Returns to their credit card. Tell the buyer to check his credit card company since he won't get his statement yet.

Can also tell him to look on his orders page and the details will say refunded and he should of gotten a confirmation email as well.

This is part of the problem. Ever since Amazon started using the "anonymized" email addresses, I think a lot of spam filters throw the emails in the junk mail folder.
