Default New Account Rolling Reserve

Everything was going fine until the 8th of this month. Account is month an a half old.

Sale this month are 3k - pretty light if you ask me.

Anyways I got a negative from a buyer on the 8th - in her ratings she put

Item was as described - yes, received on time - yes, customer service - yes. Yet she gave me 2 stars. So im like wtf. She never contacted me or anything regarding the situation.

Ive been emailing her for the past 2 days to no avail.

So yesterday ( the 10th ) amazon initiated a disbursement - its been 14 days since the last one. This morning ( the 11th ) I got the rolling reserve email.

The disbursement amount was for $2300, my ? is will I be getting that money or will amazon cancel the disbursement due to the rolling reserve?

Ive never had a rolling reserve before so not sure how that works.

Other than the negative feedback everything else on the account is 0%

NO late shipments, no a-z, all items arrive on time, no refund

The account currently has 9 feedback.

SO what you guys who has experience with this type of reserve think?

your disbursement will be fine. What is your rolling reserve amount? If its really high they might change how much they disperse to hold the rolling reserve amount. But you should get the full disbursement amount.

didn't you just say that you got an email about a rolling reserve on your account? it should have said in the email how much the rolling reserve amount is for

I think this is what happened to me... Cuz why would you post that everything was fine yet leave negative.

Also axcend, the reserve is now 1900... Printed shipping labels for everything over the weekend - so far at least..

yeah it sounds like a simple mistake. I would first message the user and carefully word asking them why they left 2/5 star feedback if they found everything to be satisfactory? Do that first before messaging amazon.

You get buyer's phone numbers now. Call the buyer and talk to them. A lot of times, buyers will never respond to your emails after you ship the item, they receive it, and feedback is left.

I did that OVIDIU.. but the number and address she provided me is to a MAIL FORWARDING SERVICE! The buyer doesnt even live in the USA.

She actually filed an A-Z claim stating that I missed the delivery date when the package was delivered 4 days after she ordered it...

I'm sure I will win the case based on the evidence I have provided to Amazon - or hopefully I will win... but shes a total d-bag!

Default Rolling Reserve............

I had a few rolling reserves, last year. And if I remember correctly, they held a percentage of each sale. I think it was 10 %. But, it was released after 30 days.

Then the rolling reserve went away maybe a week later. It didn't last long...

But I wouldn't contact Amazone. It might tick them off or cause them to scrutinize the account further.

There is really nothing wrong with the account other than what this idiot buyer did to it, so if they investigate im not worried.
