opening another amazon seller account in conjunction

We have a good standing amazon seller account and want to open another one just in case, the only thing is that we'd be working out of the same office, address, however the company's name is different along with the bank account and phone number but the IP address may create some conflicts. Any idea on the best route to do this?

Do not do it. I did the same thing, just 2 days ago. I was using completely different name,address and bank account, just the IP was the same.

First they shut down the second account, on which I only put up 2-3 used items. Nothing VERO,just my old videogames. Then in the matter of hours they shut down my first account after 9 months and 75 reviews.
