Amazon suspended Price parity

got suspended today because they said that we were not following the price parity policy which says that our website prices must be higher than our prices listed through their channel, We appealed it but dont know how that will go. Please advise any ideas or any help is greatly appreciated. We have been selling since last year almost 1.5 years now and we have 96% positive feedback we dont get complaints, we rarely get a-z or charge backs... Anyone had the same issue? please help

hi guys just got suspended from amazon due to their price parity policy which says that items listed on our website have to be listed at a higher price than the same items we are selling using their channel which is just plain BS because their fees are huge and we can afford to list for lower prices on our website ect.. HELPPPPPPPP

no tips for you but ALL sites like amazon have this policy. You should have been aware of it an I cant believe they actually suspend for that but I can see why they probably think you are driving traffic away from their site to yours for the cheaper price.

Thanks for the reply, but how in the world are we supposed to keep up with pricing our websites products to match our amazon products if we use price intelligence repricing software? our amazon prices get updated 2-3 times a day.

Any suggestions?
