Default Problem disbursement to HSBC account

I have 2 stealth accounts suspended for over 3 months. Last week, Amazon initiated disbursement to these 2 accounts, and after 2 days, the payments were returned to Amazon. And Amazon asked for Bank account verification.

I set up my real name HSBC checking account for one stealth account to receive payment after the suspension ( it has worked many times before) - it failed this time.

I set up stealth name for HSBC online saving account for another stealth account ( according to the posts here, it should be NO problem) - it failed also.

My questions:

1) Is it a problem with Amazon or HSBC?
2) What Amazon would do for a bank account verification?
3) Is this just a problem for HSBC ( I have Bank of America Accounts that seem no problem so far)

Highlly appreciated of any comments

I would watch the number and frequency of your deposits. My birdie told me they are getting tough on new openings and deposits in others names. Not happy with HSBC at this time btw

I have been using HSBC + stealth for several years now. I have a separate sub-account for each PP. Every PP has had totally different names. When a PP goes down, I just email HSBC and have them close the account associated with the bad PP account.

Overall I have had zero problems and it has been very easy to work with them as far as opening and closing accounts.

smithgroup - that's hope but you said you've been using them for several years now, could that be the case?

heyprodj - Did you just recently open up an hsbcaccount too?

I wonder if it has to do with the age of the acct like eb/pp seems to be favorable toward older accts.

Just got my temp pw in the mail, bout to get it activated.

Has anyone opened a new acct recently and ran into any issues? Any older accts ran into any issues recently as well?
