I am having a few dispute on Amazon and on each sale, amazon takes a big certain percentage of the resale value. When you are refunding the buyer, is amazon covering the fees they took? Also, what would happen if you don't refund a buyer? My account just got permanently suspended.
Looking forward your reply,

I believe you would get the fees back from the sale.
As for what would happen?? If you don't have the money in your Amazon account then they will come after the bank account that is associated with the account.
-Yes the fees are refunded, look at you statements. And dont ask me where the statements are, because it is pretty easy to find them.
I am sorry, but I seriously don't know. Is it in the refund page? Let's say I click the ''refund'' button ; it redirects me to a page where I put the amount I want to refund. Let's say the item was 150$, do I have to refund the 150$ and amazon will refund the fees or do I refund the amount minus the fees amazon took?
Edit : ''Refunds for Amazon Marketplace will automatically credit any applicable seller fees back to the seller. When a full refund has been completed, we debit your account for the refund amount and credit you for all fees that were charged in the transaction. '' So, actually, I will get the fees back after the full refund?
