Even after the card was active .I have been on the phone for three days and received 3 different answeres saying in general that the card is good/ Only today I found out that yes the card was active but i had to do an id verification that is why it was returned. WTF!! so i have been going back and forth with amazon on this . This to me presents a problem with amazon seeing funds rejected. So now i have to email them and tell them it is fixed with as little info as possible.
I never had to do this with any card and i will not use them in the future. The quesitions they asked were personal questions . So i asked the rep where did you get these questions and did you pull a credit report. They said no. The questions are the same ones you use to open an online checking account. they are multiple choice.I did so i can get my money. Other than that I would have said stick the card where the sun don't shine.But i already changed the banking on amazon once already. what a bunch of crap
so stay away from this card. it is more hassel then it is worth..
