Amazon sees things like browser fingerprints and MAC addresses.
So, when the account moved from the sellers PC to your PC, Amazon would detect it very quickly and know something was up since most people do not create a seller account on one PC and then consistently log in from a different PC. YES, of course there may be 2 PC's in a household, but then the IP addresses would be the same.
So, it would be very difficult to keep the account alive after the transfer. That is why you do NOT want to buy an Amazon account.
On the plus side, once you know what you are doing, they are easy to make. Why not get Amazon Ghost and make as many as you need? I create accounts for under $10 each, which is a lot cheaper than buying them from someone.

To people that have had accounts blocked - Try this
click one of the help links, on the selection boxes on what you would like help with, select something buying related not selling related and click the live chat option
Tell the chat person that your trying to log in to buy somthing, but you cant get in, they will say theres a block on your account due to being unable to verify billing/address infomation, act stupid like you have no idea why, dont mention being a seller, if you've used a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ house number say its a new building so might not be showing up on there systems, they will say they will get someone to call you/email you within 24 hours
All being well you should get a email within 24 hours saying that your account has been reinstated - Im obviously not sure but I dont think the live chat folk have access to seller information and will just go along with it, its worked for me on two accounts - one that had been banned about 4 months ago and one that was completely brand new and unused

When they say an Account Specialist is going to contact you - it's just smoke and mirrors - nonsense.

Is the safest way to get another amazon account to:
Get an LLC
Open business checking account with LLC info
Buy new netbook
Get new and different ISP service
Create new Gmail acct
Register for new Seller Acct with Amazon
Add your new bank acct to Amazon
Add your new Gmail acct
List items totaling $500 in sales for a few months and follow up with each customer to get positive feedback
Inquire about increase velocity limits about 2 months after new acct has been opened
Now, obviously, only use the new netbook and isp for each account made.
???
I'm thinking about doing this. Does anybody see any flaws with this idea?
