Let me explain how this works:
The locality/address on your IP address COMES FROM YOUR ISP, NOT YOUR REAL ADDRESS. You need a court order to get the address behind any IP address! If your IP address shows up as very close to your real address, it's just because you use a local ISP and is a total coincidence.
Example, my high speed cable registers as within 5 miles of my real address. My Sprint 3G IP usually shows up as a Los Angeles address.
Bottom line, as long as the countries match, don't worry about it!!
