Physical Address Change Question

I have an ebay and paypal account that I use that is not my name and info (after getting suspended I started using a friends)

That friend has moved and I want to change the paypal and ebay shipping addresses to their new location so I can buy on ebay and have items shipped there.

I used a Simon card to set up both the ebay account and use my friends bank account for paypal withdrawals

Here is my question: Once I change my shipping address for paypal and ebay, will I have to re-verify at either ebay or paypal?

Both ebay/paypal realize people move and addresses change.

This is likely an case where you could consider contacting them to ask for the help they love to give

I usually do live chat for these changes. What you need to keep in mind is that a transaction after address changes might be checked. But if you have told them previously, less chances.
