here is what i received from them. as you read through they sneak little changes in. The policy changed from when you signed up..
I would like to explain how disbursement works for our sellers like you, this
information should help you understand why money is reserved and when will this
reserve released. As per the new disbursement policy, we reserve 14 days worth
of funds, that are deposited in your account 14 days prior to disbursement date.
For example - If a seller registers on January 1, 2011. First settlement date in
your selling account might show up as January 15th, please note that with 14
days reserve policy, whenever disbursement is scheduled - we hold previous 14
days worth of funds and therefore sellers would not receive any funds in January
15th settlement.
At this point next settlement date for the seller would be on January 22nd, on
this date sellers would receive funds for sales made between January 1st and
January 7th. Please note that again 14 day reserve holds good and from January
22nd last 14 day funds that is January 7th to January 22nd funds will be held as
reserve. Likewise at every settlement, past 14 days funds will be held in your
selling account.
"They did not say this when we signed up" It says 14 days of funds not 7 Sneaky BAST@rds!!!!So we are really not getting paid for close to 30 days!
Also, please note that once an order completes its 14 days reserve period it
becomes eligible for payment and this payment will be disbursed on your
settlement date accordingly.
The reserve amount reflects orders confirmed as shipped during the 14 days
immediately preceding each settlement date, as per our policy on disbursements
for sellers on the Individual selling plan. In the similar manner the payments
were put for hold 14 days and this made for disbursement failure in payments on
last settlement date in your account.
Also know that any orders confirmed in any particular settlement period would be
put in reserve for 14 days and after completion of this reserve period the
amount will be disbursed on settlement date which comes immediately after this
reserve.
then it goes on saying that they are going to disburse my reserved funds . It seems like it will be the full amount but it will not be they sneak some more sh!t and twist it around. They actually made this fkn confusing to trip you up. so you can't understand it.
