Appealing Suspension

Amazon has suspended my account for too high defect rate. The highest it got was .09 , but they are saying it went over 1 percent. Anyway, I submitted an appeal with a sound business plan of action to correct the problem. The replied with something totally different that they never brought up before. They said that some of my customers have not received their product.

Here is my reply

I have NEVER been contacted by any customer that they has not received a product. I called seller support and they confirmed that they could not
find anything in my seller account history that a customer has not received a product. This conversation with seller support is documented under Case # 54893631
Also, please look at my shipping metrics.

I respectfully request that someone else (preferably a manager) at the seller performance team, other than the person who sent this email, review my appeal
and account. I believe that this person has made a mistake. Also, I need to know the specific order number of the customer that has not
received their product s that I can send out another unit or issue a refund.

Here is my plan of action to ensure all customers receive their product

That said, I will implement the following plan of action to avoid any non-receipt complaint.

1) All orders will have a tracking number sent to the customer before shipment.
2) Tracking numbers will be checked around estimated time of delivery to ensure the package has been delivered.
3) A followup message will be sent to the customer to make sure that they have received their product in working order and that they are happy with it.

I have submitted my appeal with a sound business plan of action to correct and improve my metrics. Please reinstate my account so that I can continue to serve your customers."

Seems to me like they are just making up stuff and have no intentions to reinstate my seller account.

Any advice would be appreciated. I have seen that some people have had success contacting Jeff Bezos. Either way I am going to setup a Stealth account.

The author of the Amazon Stealth said to use a variation of the original name that was on the Amazon suspended account. Can the variation be just a change in one letter? Has anyone got away with creating a one letter variation?

thanks

My appeal went through and they approved it. I still want to establish a stealth account, but how do I use the same wireless router to run two accounts?

BiN4RY 03-11-2012 12:24 AM

You can't. You can only use one account at a time.

Kelly441 03-11-2012 09:19 AM

But I see many people on here talking about running multiple backup accounts

Lheonard 03-11-2012 10:26 AM

You should buy the Amazon Ghost book, it explains everything to create stealth accounts.

I did, nothing about running multiple wireless routers

caraxxmm 03-14-2012 10:46 AM

You are able to use the same router only if its a "stand alone router" and you modify its MAC address every time you switch accounts. that probably answers your question

" how do I use the same wireless router to run two accounts?"

BUT you need other steps to actually not be traced or linked . Read the Amazon Ghost a second time.. its all there :)

But modifying the mac address won't change the IP frm the ISP Modem.

I have broadband and Magicjack, wonder if dialup will work on magicjack.

If you change your MAC address and you are directly connected to the modem, you will get a new IP. If you pass through a router first, you should change the router's MAC, then power cycle your modem and you will get a new IP as well.

According to Ghost, Amazon can read your PC's MAC -AND- the MAC of the first connecting device to the internet (router).
