yotano211 | 03-21-2012 10:33 AM | cool thanks, I think I will also use that for ebay, minus the Amazon stuff. |
jamcocktail21 | 03-21-2012 12:01 PM | Great info Thanks |
Thankful | 03-21-2012 12:16 PM | Solid son!! |
Gamefreak | 03-21-2012 05:20 PM | Test drive time... report back in a few weeks.. see if feedback increases. Lately mine is down to like 3-5% :( |
Gamefreak | 03-21-2012 05:23 PM | DId that make you want to leave feedback for said seller OP? |
newjerseymax | 03-21-2012 06:43 PM | If I was me I would get cheap cards at dollar store and send one to buyers separate after a week. Most people I know are so into the product at time of delivery that they ignore all the "junk". Probably a week or so would give them enough time to evaluate the product and calm down to leave feedback. |
jeffweico | 03-21-2012 07:36 PM | I like it. It is very professional, and I don't think that eBay or Amazon would have an issue with it. I think they both hate it when sellers "beg" for feedback by telling the buyers that if they don't get positive feedback they could lose discounts or be kicked off their sites. But this is different. Good find! |

Also doesn't hurt to have a well written professional letter either.
Thanks for this. :) |
I like it, I will have to steal this from ya degsey69, Don't report me to Ebay! :p |
ovidiu | 03-22-2012 05:05 AM | It's a good start, but from a buyer's perspective, I find it a tad too formal. "In our endeavor"??? Who talks like that? Trim down some of the pompous language and now you've got something. |
Gamefreak | 03-22-2012 06:28 AM | Also I like to send buyers letters that possibly keeps them from thinking about leaving 1,2 or 3 star feedback this doesn't do that so if the buyer is unsatisfied then you will get a bad review. |
cardfelon | 03-22-2012 10:58 AM | I use feedbackfive.com for automated emails to all my buyers on Amazon. Since I started using it I am averaging around 35% feedback on orders placed. The service isn't free though. |
ovidiu | 03-22-2012 03:30 PM | Ditto to Gamefreak and cardfelon. 35% is a very good rate, worth paying for, in my opinion. |
degsey69 | 03-22-2012 10:09 PM | So far with that I am getting a 10% response, but you know its better than none.
I think the frame work is good and if anybody wants to alter it and post it here we can all compare our results.
One thing I do which I got from another post is I sign it Thank you from

ovidiu | 03-22-2012 10:13 PM | My response rate is somewhere in the 25-30% range, you should be getting at least 20% with a letter. |
oooSMOKYooo | 03-23-2012 09:05 AM | Thanks, nice written letter.
I compose a seperate letter for each account with an image showing how to leave 5 star feedback but more importantly to contact me by a few means if they have ANY problems what so ever and it will be rectified ASAP!
Feedback left off 6/10 orders now & most don't complain, good for new accounts.. |

Is there anyway you can send me a PM with a sample of the letter you use? We are only getting about 1-2/10 leaving us feedback. Anything we can do would certainly help.
Thanks,

DoubleA | 10-12-2012 12:57 AM | Good. It seems like a letter amazon would send. |
jayyjam | 10-12-2012 09:50 AM | Amazon buyers are the worst when it comes to feedback, the letter is nice I admit but chances of them any of them actually reading and taking their time to leave a feedback is low. You know what works? Incentives... I usually say along the lines that I'm giving something away at the end of the month to a random customer who has left me feedback on their recent order, works like a charm. it's the only way lazy people will get off their ass and leave a feedback. |
