I was a long time buyer on Amazon, THen decided i would become a seller. Ive sold 23k worth of laptops since i opened the acount on april 13. Most of my orders are around 2000-2800.
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
id be expecting myself a knock on the door at any point
I did get the account review about 2 weeks after i opened it and they applied a rolling reserve, i just didnt sell much while they were doign that and then they sent me an email that said you are good to go.
I have been buying the postage on thier site within hours of something selling and also ive gotten all 5 star reviews from th 5 people that have left comments out of the 10 sales.
You need to go through 4 reviews before you can worry free about reviews. That is from my experience at least.
If you dont get complaints and get feedback amazon is very good to you but just dont get sloppy otherwise you will come here crying in a few weeks/months.
Possibly it may help that the account is a decade old, but one of amazon's many policies is if there is a large spike in sales regardless of age, it would be put under review.
All i know in my case is when i hit 700 bucks before the 21 days I get my account in review. When I hit 400-450 they do not touch it. so some one has a hair trigger.there should be no reason why any one should be put in review when you first start .They have your money locked up to start. and you are only receiving the first 7 days of sales on your first transfer anyway.not the full 21 days/ makes no sense. It is only benefiting them not the buyer. it has to do with how much money they can squeeze out of the seller. I will try 1 pro merchant and see if i get paid in 14 days(all my funds)
Any thing special i need to start a pro account nowdays?????
