Should I do something now? Just got the review Mail
 

Hope someone could help me out of these.
Just got the mail as below. I would like to know if I should do something to pass this review or just wait their news?

This is my first time to meet such problem, 2 months old account,74 orders right now. Got 12 positive feedback. but have 1 A-Z claim.(That is totally a mistake, as the customer got the item from the tracking record.)

Dont do anything out of the ordinary, keep selling, ask customers for feedback ( very important ) and dont NOT stop selling as that will look suspicious. you should be good after a few weeks.

I wish chinese sellers were not allowed to sell on the US amazon site. It would make life so much easier!=}

Chinese cuisine on the other hand is quite tasty when prepared well.
