FEEDBACK ratio on Amazon
 

On Amazon more than 2 months, almost 3. I have about 220 sales, but only 6 feedback - all good, straight 5's.

My question is, this is no where near the 10% I think they want you to get.

I sell books, sales starting to bump up, $0 first 2-3 weeks, then $36, then 240, then about $500, but this two week period it's going to be about $1,000.

Think I am going to get reviewed? Am I way over into the danger zone?

I know it's a combination of $ amount AND risk of items being sold. And books are not very risky.

Ideas?

My view is that only time will tell - really push for more feedback. That being said, you are not clearly in danger but reach out to your past buyers.

It's for ebay but it should work for Amazon too.

1 feedback for every 10 orders is my ratio. You only need to worry about any negative feedback on river or feebay. No feedback is good feedback in my view.

I made feedback requests today and one customer left me an awesomely positive feedback...in the email he sent me, not on the Amazon website :ballchain:

That is horrible for feedback. You need to do a little research on how to get feedback.
