when amazon delete's an account?

when amazon deletes an account and a buyer wants to cancel or return an item they tell the buyer that the "seller left the platform". what a scum company.. just tell the truth that they deleted the account.Always hiding what thieves they really are.

No worse than ebay emailing buyers after suspension of a seller's account & hinting they should make claims.

It's big business.

It's life.

Yes, it suxs.

Oh so thats what they do, interesting. Didnt know that. But greenbean is right its far worst on ebay as if you sold 1000 items ebay would auto send out 1000 emails and you would end up with a bunch of claims

Yep, that's exactly what they do ...

I wanted to chime in and say that I know because, on two of the accounts that I this year that got deleted I made sure to save the link to the Storefront (before they got deleted) so I could SEE what the customers would say (since I knew none of them would be getting their items and would eventually leave negative)

... and most all of the negative feedback said that when they tried to contact Amazon about what happened to the seller, Amazon would say that the "seller left the platform" or "the seller is no longer on the Amazon platform" (Amazon seems to love the word platform when describing their marketplace)
