I have been averaging >50% feedback received over the past 3 months.
I think the key is accurate descriptions, providing the buyer a similar customer service experience of an online retailer & beating expectations...
1. Same day of payment, they get message... I received their payment for item XYZ, thank them for order and let them know that I will process their order within next 48 hours.
2. Within 24 hours (beating stated 48 hours), item is shipped w/ tracking & over the top effusive positive feedback is left.
3. They get new message... XYZ item has been shipped, it should arrive in 5-8 business days, I left them positive feedback (I don't ask for it in return), thank them again for order, if they have any questions feel free to email me.
4. Item is delivered in 2-5 business days (beating stated 5-8 business days)
Another satisfied customer leaves feedback!
