I'm bored so here I go...
If you will just go to the SEARCH column and type in what your question is, you will find all of the answers you are looking for. You may not have a lot of feedback from forum members because it's a topic and the same questions asked for the past 1 1/2 years.
There is no sale "limit" of 200 of anything. Basically ebay/paypal are affiliated and love to "hold hands" with uncle Sam. Sam can never seem to mind his own business and ALWAYS wants a piece of the pie.
If you meet the criteria of selling BOTH 200 items and 20k, then Sam and paypal want your SSN/business number etc...so that they can send you a tax form and they can collect taxes from you.
I usually sell 800-1000 items per fiscal year, but make myself fall short on making a few dollars to avoid Sam and his BS.
We all work hard and pay enough taxes through the year as it is...so why should we sell the things from our homes and garages and turn around to pay taxes on that too. Hope this helps somewhat.
Good Luck!
