I think i might be up on the ban list for amazon
 

First off my ODR IS 1.74. I have sold 115 things since the beginning of 2012. I am about to purchase amazon ghost. I have a question. How fast to they normally ban accounts ? I just got my 2nd negative , so i am pretty sure my defect rate is about to jump. I have only got 25 feedback in all with just 2 so far in the neg.

I figure i need to get a jump start and make some ghost accounts. I hope this still works.

You can always work with the buyers, call them and get them to remove the negative feedback. Sometimes it works for me.

also my ODF has updated to 2.61. Getting nervous now :(

Nothing is 100% with Az but your idea of making new accounts is good.

Got 1 buyer to remove neg after refund . He did it and i sent the refund. 2nd buy who left 1 neg also wanted to do the same . Was in the process is asking how and i got suspended. My odf was 2.7
So freaking depressed now :(

Sent my Appeal in . I really hope i can fix this :( wish i had made more accounts sooner. It sucks i put all my eggs in one basket like this. I got burned and burned good.

can i use a bank account under a siblings name ? Also my mother has 2 ssn for some odd reason . I am thinking of using one of her other SSN and setting up an account with her maiden name .

I wouldn't waste a ssn number for no reason, it seems like you don't have this down yet. Wait until you have a solid account, and i believe the ssn and account name must match

Alright , suspension has happen. Over the ODR. Do they normally give you a chance or i am pretty much dead even with the appeal ?

Amazon is very strict... You have to remember that Amazon sells its own products on their own site and they dont care for anyone but themselves... They also charge outrageous seller fees so you are no competition. You are pretty much done... Just move on... This happened to me recently. Once you are suspended their is no way you can appeal. They just dont care especially if they see that you are selling the same product as they are for less.

Thats pretty depressing :( This was actually 50% of my income atm

Hey, no one is perfect.... Most people here is because they fuc$ed up just like you and I did. That is why the stealth book is here for you to buy for such a low price... The first page you read is well worth the money spent on it... Good luck...

IT is a lesson learned - and many here have experienced it. I hear it`s sad but time to redo and make new accounts.

i sent in a plan of action and actually got all my current negative feedback removed ( by offering full refunds ) which lowered my ODR down to 0.87 % They accepted my appeal before i got my ODR below 1%. And gave me the stern warning email .

AMAZON GHOST PURCHASED :) knowledge upgrade time ALSO lots of coffee !!!

So what happened was your Plan of Action denied?
Amaz0n looks for very precise things in the appeal, which you should read on the official am az 0n forum to read ...

I simply mentioned the ODF rate because i got back in before it was below the %1 threshold.

My plan of action was accepted the first time. Once i actually read what to send them in the first place. I posed it like a presentation , instead of a crying " I'M SO SORRY .. I WONT DO IT AGAIN " letter.

The amazon rep actually sent me a reply back to the first letter saying as much.

He / she pretty much said " yes we appreciate that you are sorry , but we want to make sure you know why you where suspended in the first place. We then want to know how you plan to make sure it never happens again.

It went like this

quick intro stating that i knew the reason ----> enumerate each reason ----> type a short but to the fact solution for each -----> short summary of how you came to these conclusions ----> a statement from me saying i will put in place the controls to make sure this never happens again.
