Amazon Purchase help
I bought a £600 camera lens off amazon, and when it arrived it was cracked by UPS. I contacted the seller who said i probably am lieing.
i sent him pictures and written photograph from UPS that they recieved it damaged (i asked the driver to write this on the back of a 'we missed you form' as neither of us have paper.
He's now accepted the fact i'm not a liar and the item was damaged in transit but he's saying he wants me to return the item in person as he's scared of more damage in transit.
Amazon have told me not to do this and wait 2 weeks.
what should i do?? I guess i am protected? I've requested a refund= file an a to z claim..
