Answering customers questions

I have made a new amazon seller's account.
I have used a new address, computer, card details, everything (using computer of my nephews house).

But I can't be there all the time and I receive customer questions.

Can I answer those questions via my own computer, via my Gmail?
So I won't log in on Amazon or anything. I will log in on my Gmail account (the one I have registered my new seller's account with) and answer their e-mails via the Gmail 'reply' button.

Can I do this, or will Amazon track the IP address the e-mail was send from?

NO. This is like returning to the crime scene, when the police are there. It will link you and you will be caught. You need to buy the Stealth Book and read it. I actually have answered emails via gmail from suspended computer but never got linked, but better safe then sorry i guess.
