I run one at the moment. In the past, I noticed I could only get one or two per computer. I think Amazon tracks more than the IP. Google does the same thing.

No "I think" about it - Amazon tracks a ton of info including browser fingerprinting

Amazon definitely tracks the MAC.
I didn't think about browser fingerprinting, that's new one for me. I guess it might be a good idea to get different versions of mozilla!
