Default Library & other wi fi spots

My original account was suspended. Then I started new one at library on their computers.

I had to print orders and couldnt use their computers so brought my laptop there that i used on old account and got suspended eventually.

this was before i got the suspension guide so didnt know they could track me from old computer.

it didnt say my accounts were linked. just said i failed the review process.

My question is can i start new account at library again with new laptop or is that whole library flagged now?

You should be fine as long as you use a new computer at the library. I've been doing this for some time and it has been working.

This is NOT what you should be doing. This is a very easy way to get linked to someone's (including your own) suspended account.

Even non suspended linkage is not ok, you do not want ANY links to ANYTHING. It might have been working for some time but that is nothing more than luck and is not a long term solution.

I suggest you invest in a dongle and get your internet that way, even then you still must keep a log of all the ip's you have used.

Problem is if someone else was banned using the libraries IP this one might go down soon.

I dont know if libraries change IPs but I highly doubt it.

Using wi fi that everyone has access to is not a good move.

Far too many other ways to get online.

The easiest way to create a new stealth account is by changing your MAC address, or buying a cheap router for $10 and then creating a new computer user on the SAME computer.

you do not need to change your MAC on ebay, just IP and a new user. it has been questionable whether to change your MAC on an amazon account

Point is NOT to use library - IPs likely burned to the ground.

The only reason to go to the Library is to check out books...wait...do people still read books at the Library?

Libraries are okay if you use a desktop pc, in Boston all machines run on virtual desktops filter and unfiltered, more often ip's on their servers are changed or released and nothing you save or nothing websites store on a machine will be saved, virtual machines run on different servers. Avoid wi-fi services for checking finances online as libraries are major hotspots for hackers spying or retrieving seen data push over public wifi's.

Amazon cannot see you MAC, it is illegal in the US, only by running another machine on your computer i.e. software or something permitted in your network device. You could find someone's mac# by running injections through servers and stealing data virtually or SQL. Scripts running or any other beacons are quite normal and everyday process of the internet and for marketing use, but any unknown program (software) or add-on running on your browser is noticeable.

Amazon could generate a pc#device detail matching data use in banks and government sites, IBM security has created a way to generate location, pc-devices, and other depositories, cookies, and other security ways known for banks servers to track their users in a legal way of business.

Ignore everyones comments on here that say you can do whatever you want. Here is the truth for LONG TERM SUCCESS. You will not want to ever use someones elses IP Address, Router, Computer, Used Network gear, etc. You want your own everything and not be able to have anyone have access to it. If 50 people use a new coffee shops IP address, you may not have issues for a month, 6 months, year, etc, but as soon as one person who used it runs into suspension issues there is a good chance you will too.

Think of it as STDs, and if you get one your suspended. If a dorm room is full of students and the hottest guy/girl has an STD by the end of the year it is only a matter of time before everyone is infected.

can somebody tell me if you need to purchase a monthly plan (most get one without a contract) to use the cheap 10$ router?? is it just a router that you need, or you also need to purchase a plan to access Internet via the router??

I am just giving you an internet service when I typed high speed internet into google: HughesNet® | 1-800-955-9365 | High-Speed Internet

A modem is what is given to you by your internet provided. A router is what you use to use wirelessly to connect to the internet. You do not need the router if your computer will be next to the modem.

As for plans HughesNet, and others will be compariable, the plans range from $39.99-$79.99/month. You also will need to either purchase or lease the equipment, which will be $49.99+$9.99 a month for lease, and $199.99 once.

I do not use hughesnet, but I would assume plans complete costs are similar among internet providers. You would be looking to spend around $680+ the first year, and then $480 for years 2 and on.
