Amazon, policy violation for 12 month old listing?
I got this email from Amazon this morning:

I listed a macbook pro as used-like new... when in fact it was brand new in the box. I said in the item description it's factory sealed, brand new, etc... The only concern I have is that these sold out in January 2012. I just logged in and deleted the record of it in the inventory.
Any advice? Comments?
